As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Certified Gluten Practitioner (CGP) and qualified Chef, I am passionate about helping you reach your health goals through the use of nutrient dense, whole foods as medicine.
An NTP looks at the body as a whole, rather than just the symptoms and where there is dysfunction we start at the roots. We know how the body is designed to function and what can go wrong when those roots are broken. We also know how properly prepared, nutrient-dense whole foods can make a world of difference to our overall wellness and vitality, just as it did for our ancestors. We guide our clients to better health with a foundational approach, starting with incorporating a nutrient dense diet, digestion, regulating blood sugar, addressing fatty acid and mineral deficiencies and hydration. For those able to consult in a clinical setting, a functional evaluation and lingual neuro testing for supplements is done, taking advantage of the body’s innate intelligence to say what it needs in order to heal. I offer high quality supplemental support where necessary, all the while respecting cultural differences and bio individuality. With my CGP training, I am able to advise and support you on celiac and non celiac gluten sensitivity issues.
