Wow, that was a long one, apologies for going AWOL on you. I’ve been working my little heart out and guess what? I wrote an e-book (*fanfare of trumpets*) and I can’t wait to show you some pics. In the meantime the cover is on the top of my sidebar, so check that out. The e-book is part of an upcoming bundle called the Paleo Family Toolkit which is available to buy on May 4th and looks seriously amazing. It has over 40 e-books, 10+ videos, 50+ coupons and you get a memory stick posted out to you. Click on the link below to find out whether this bundle is for you and, while you’re at it, you can see what some cute kids have to say about eating like cavemen and grab yourself a couple of freebies at the same time: A 45 minute webinar on Nutrient Density for Everyday Wellness and a Paleo Quick Start Guide, both by Dr Sarah Ballantyne.
• It was my daughter’s birthday on Friday so I made a couple of round versions of this teacake which is still a winner in our house and perfect for birthdays – not least because non-AIPers seem to enjoy it just as much as we all do. I’ll be making up two lots of the recipe, together with the frosting I created for this cake
• Oh yes, in case you haven’t registered it on my sidebar, check out Jo’s new E-book on AIP Spices. Yep, you heard correctly, if you’ve been missing curries, chai and all manner of highly flavoured goodness, this could well be your thing
• Anne and Rory have teamed up to offer the world’s first AIP text messaging service. It’s a pretty cool concept I think, daily motivation to keep you encouraged and positive about achieving your health goals can only be a good thing, right?
And about that recipe, find it over on Autoimmune-Paleo. It’s a simple, cosy comforting meal that takes moments to prepare (hurrah!), leaving you time to get in some “me time”. And boy, are you going to enjoy!
