Green Soup and Ham {AIP, GAPS, SCD, Paleo}

November 10, 2018 By healingfamilyeats Leave a Comment

green soup and ham [AIP]

Move over Dr Seuss, it’s no eggs for us on the AIP. We’re talking green soup and ham.

As my friends in the States prepare for their own Thanksgiving, we were celebrating ours in Canada last month. Buying a ham is as much a Thanksgiving tradition for us as a turkey is for Christmas. It’s a treat we enjoy over Easter and New Year too, because not only is it totally delicious, but it’s the gift that keeps on giving. I’ve lost count of the number of meals our ham provided us with.

If you can’t find, or don’t want ham, this healing green digestion-friendly watercress soup is just as wonderful topped with ground meat, shredded chicken, or anything else your heart desires for that matter. Just try, you’ll love it!

Find the recipe at Autoimmune Wellness over here.
