Pork + Chicken Liver Terrine with Spiced Apple Compote {AIP, GAPS, SCD, Paleo}

Pork and Chicken Liver Terrine with Spiced Apple Compote | Healing Family Eats

Pork + Chicken Liver Terrine with Spiced Apple Compote {AIP}

I'm honoured and excited that Mickey and Angie from Autoimmune-Paleo recently asked me to be a recipe contributor on their new improved site and today's my first post, a delicious Pork and Chicken Liver Terrine served with a scrumptious Spiced Apple Compote.

I LOVE terrines. They are so tasty and with the sneaky little bit of offal in this one, together with some fatty cuts of pork, it is a perfect AIP feast. You could easily take this along to a potluck or serve at home for a crowd (or for the family with enough leftovers for another day). This is so simple to make and if you get your butcher to do the hard work for you, it'll take you just minutes to prepare.

Impressive AIP food for very little work ... I promise. Go check it out, it's right here!
