White Peach and Kombucha Ice Cream Float {AIP, GAPS, SCD, Paleo}

August 28, 2017 By healingfamilyeats 2 Comments

White Peach Kombucha Float {AIP} by Healing Family Eats

If you purchased the recent AIP Resource Library bundle I hope you are loving it as much as the contributors hoped you would, and if you bought yours from me I just want to say a huge, big, massive thank you for your support. It means so much!

So here’s a quick and simple gut-healing treat for you to enjoy before the summer leaves. Whatever you do, don’t let summer slip between your fingers without trying this creamy, probiotic version of a traditional ice cream float. White peaches are my favourite variety for this but if you can’t find them, go grab some yellow ones instead. Either way I think you’ll love it. We do anyway 😉

Cheers to a happy Summer’s end, and go search out the recipe here at Autoimmune Wellness.

    Hi Kate. What is Kombucha? Do you make it or buy it?

      Hi Christine, you can buy kombucha in the refrigerator section of most any grocery store these days. It’s a sparkling probiotic drink and good soda alternative. Yes, you can make your own if you can get hold of a “scoby”.
