Spiced Butternut Wedges Avo Lime Mayo

This recipe is a real winner in my eyes. Total comfort food with larger than your average fries (or chips as we say in England). Then coated in healing spices and dipped into an avocado mayo before sinking back into your seat with complete satisfaction.

Yes of course, choose sweet potatoes instead if you like, however butternut wedges are very, very moresome! After all, we are in the season of all things pumpkin-like now. You'll love the silky mayo as well, with its base of avocado and coconut cream, along with a hint of garlic, ginger and lime. Not only does it look pretty with the orange-brown tone on those over-sized wedges, but it tastes pretty amazing too.

You'll find this recipe on the Autoimmune Wellness site - right here.

This sounds fantastic! How do you prep the butternut squash before you cut it into wedges?
